Our quality is comparable to the best available in the INDUSTRY. We supply hard chrome pated cylinder tubes to most of the scotch yoke actuator manufacturers. We supply these tubes in ASTM A106 Gr. B, IS 2062 E250BR, E355+N, ASTM A516 Gr. 70, S355J2+N material etc. with hard chrome plating, nickel plating & Phosphating as per required standards too.
We are PED Certified by EU notified body for the supply of welded cylinder tubes too which are also being supplied.

We also supply honed tubes duly manufactured as per drawing complete till the last detail i.e. with fabrication of flanges, trunnion, ports, threading, drilling, tapping, etc. with honing as the last operation including hard chrome plating, thus achieving distortion free bores even after doing the above operations. We have developed expertise in replacing hydraulic cylinders having vintage design and obsolete materials, with modern technology based inputs, yielding improved performance. These are replacement cylinders from ships, steel mills, Drilling rigs, Earthmoving machinery etc. These types of cylinders include telescopic cylinders, nitrogen gas cylinders, steering cylinders etc.

Hydraulic cylinders from various segments of Industries regularly come to us for servicing / reconditioning. The cylinders reconditioned by us years ago are even now working efficiently, thus leaving behind a good name among our valued customers. This has prompted us to treat “reconditioning” as a full time business. The concept of getting old cylinders repaired to original condition at a fraction of the actual cost has caught the attention of managements all over helping them to reduce the capital costs.
