- Application : Hydraulic & Pneumatic Cylinders, Precision components.
- ID Range : 40 mm – 1000 mm ( 1.5” – 40”)
- OD Range : As per standard Pipe schedule
Non-standard wall thickness as per requirement also available. - Length : We have capability to hone 12 mtr long tubes/barrels.
- Material : Standard Alloy steels like EN Grades, ASTMA Grades, St 52, E-355, etc.
Non-ferrous metals like SS Grades, Brass, Aluminium, etc. - Special Steels : Low Temperature Steels, Steels with customised YS, TS & Impact parameters, Heat-Treated Steels, etc.
- Surface Finish : ENP/NP. ID – Ra 0.4 µm or better as per requirement, with/without coatings like Hard-Chrome Plating/ENP.
OD – As per requirement - RM Reports : Certificate as per EN 10204 Type 3.1/NABL approved Lab Certificate/NDT Reports.

- PDIR as per Customer format can be provided.
- EMIPL PDIR is available for every tube.
- TPI /Customer Inspection are welcome.
- Special Features : Weldments if any can be manufactured & welded by us before the final honing operation for distortion-free bores. CNC facilities for tube end machining like counter-boring & threading as per drawing available. Honed Tubes for telescopic cylinders i.e., with Hard-Chrome plated ID & OD available from a trusted honed tubes manufacturer and supplier in India.
